We believe in solving concerns at the level closest to your child. Follow these steps to ensure your question or issue is addressed quickly and effectively:
-
Your Child’s Teacher or Counselor
Start here for questions related to classroom learning, behavior, or student well-being.
-
School Administration
If the issue isn’t resolved, your school’s assistant principal, and then principal, can provide additional support.
-
Executive Director – School Leadership
For continued concerns, contact the Executive Director who oversees your school’s level (elementary, middle, or high).
-
Chief of Staff
If you still need assistance, the Chief of Staff will work with all parties to help resolve the matter.
-
Superintendent
For unresolved issues that have been through the previous steps, contact the Superintendent’s Office.
-
School Board Members
The School Board sets division policy and hires the Superintendent. Please contact board members after all other steps have been followed.
Let’s collaborate—starting with those who know your child best. For more information, refer to School Board Policy 1113.
